If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Pack the item securely in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and the printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
